POETICA
IT Questa ricerca nasce nel 2014 quando, a seguito dell’ennesima Alluvione genovese, mi resi conto di non poter continuare quello che fino ad allora fu la mia espressione pittorica meramente autoreferenziale. A Genova i disagi che osservavo susseguirsi erano molti e non potevo ignorare le vittime che continuavano ad essere prelevate da quell’acqua densa, Dolcenera, come poeticamente amò definirla Fabrizio De André. In questa serie la prevalenza assoluta è nell’uso del fango raccolto dopo quelle alluvioni. Il fango aggiunto nell’impasto della carta fatta a mano, utilizzato per dipingere, per scrivere o racchiuso in contenitori. Il Valore dell’Oggetto è fondamentale, in questo caso è un’oggetto recuperato integro o rovinato dall’alluvione stessa. Infine la Parola che si fa riflessione, opinione, cronaca o testimonianza. A seguito di questo primo approccio nell’osservare e condividere il mondo a me/noi circostante, si ampliarono anche gli argomenti da trattare: dai tabù culturali ai problemi quotidiani e soprattutto all’attenzione verso l’ambiente. Si può affermare che quasi ogni opera utilizza materiali di scarto e riciclo, persino nelle cornici realizzate spesso a mano con legno di scarto. Così ogni oggetto racconta la propria storia e il proprio vissuto ed oltre a esprimere un concetto, mostra la poesia estetica naturale del colore che si può celare dentro ad una lamiera arrugginita che vanta un’arancio irripetibile in pittura, bruni e grigi di terre diverse, o ancora verniciature sbiadite che solo il tempo ha potuto plasmare.
POETICS
ENG This research was born in 2014 when, following the umpteenth flood of Genoa, I realized that I could not continue what until then was my purely self-referential pictorial expression. In Genoa the hardships I observed were many and I could not ignore the victims who continued to be taken from that water dense. In this series the absolute prevalence is in the use of the mud harvested after those floods. The mud added in the dough of the handmade paper, used to paint, to write or enclosed in containers. The value of the Object is fundamental, in this case it is an object recovered intact or ruined by the flood itself. Finally the Word that is thought, opinion, chronicle or witness. Following this first approach in observing and sharing the world to me/us around, the topics to be discussed also expanded: from cultural taboos to everyday problems and above all to attention to the environment. It can be said that almost every work uses waste and recycling materials, even in frames often made by hand with scrap wood. Thus each object tells its own story and its own experience and in addition to expressing a concept, it shows the natural aesthetic poetry of color that can be hidden inside a rusted sheet that boasts a unique orange, browns and grays from different lands, or even faded paint that only time could shape.

POETICA
IT A seguito della Serie Alluvioni, rientra nella Memoria Sociale tutto ciò che è portavoce del nostro vivere, del nostro contemporaneo e quindi, per l’appunto, della nostra società portando il titolo della mia Tesi Specialistica Io Sono Qui. Questa seconda parte della ricerca Sociale prende forma dalla situazione economica, mediatica, tecnologica, psicotica e culturale del nostro contemporaneo. Dal malessere italiano economico-lavorativo giovanile nascono i Glebae Ascripti, termine utilizzato dal sociologo Zygmunt Bauman che indica coloro che sono poveri e costretti alla Stabilità, al restare fermi ove sono. Seppur il sociologo vede in loro la fonte della nuova Era destinata a riprendere coscienza del luogo e delle singole culture, la vita di chi è costretto in simili condizioni non è assolutamente facile. Glebae Ascripti non è quello che siamo ma quello che siamo destinati a diventare se non cambieranno le prospettive del nostro Paese. Siamo schiavi del denaro, possediamo beni che sono la nostra distruzione in quanto ci tengono legati a ciò che nella vita reale non è realmente utile, verso una perdita dei valori, di riflessioni, la mancanza del rispetto culturale ed a quel lato insano della globalizzazione. Nulla a che fare con imposizioni di pensiero ma anzi stimoli per aprire ad un sano confronto.

ENG Following the Floods Series, it is part of the Social Memory all that is the spokesman of our living, of our contemporary and therefore, in fact, of our society carrying the title of my specialistic thesis I am here. This second part of Social research takes shape from the economic, media, technological, psychotic and cultural situation of our contemporary. The Glebae Ascripti born from the Italian economic-working youth discomfort, a term used by the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman that indicates those who are poor and forced to Stability, to stay still where they are. Although the sociologist sees in them the source of the new Era destined to regain consciousness of the place and of the individual cultures, the life of those who are forced into such conditions is not absolutely easy. Glebae Ascripti is not what we are now but what we are destined to become if we don’t change the prospects of our country. We are slaves of money, we possess goods that are our destruction because they keep us tied to what in real life is not really useful, towards a loss of values, of reflections, the lack of cultural respect and that insane side of globalization. Nothing to do with thought impositions but rather stimuli to open a healthy comparison.
